"Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee..." ({bible}Jeremiah 1:5{/bible}).

Before he was born, his name was given to his parents by the Lord. As a child he accompanied his parents throughout Guyana, South America, holding crusades, revivals, and performing miracles. The calling of God was also on his wife Lisa, even as a child in Washington, D.C.  After high school, the Lord continued to build his character in her. 

After marriage, Reuben and Lisa became the leaders of Fishers of Men Campaigners, Inc.  Pastor Chance has ministered the gospel of Jesus Christ in Maryland, Pennsylvania, New York, Virginia, Guyana (South America), Uganda, and Nigeria (West Africa).  The Lord gave him a new name for the ministry.  Fishers of Men Campaigners, Inc. is now Fishers of Men Deliverance Ministries. He is continuing the legacy of the founder, Pastor Rudolph Chance, by continuing to feed, clothe, house, educate and deliver God's people.{/slide}

Prophetess Lottie Chance acted as Senior Pastor of FMDM (as the Lord instructed) from the time her husband went home to the Lord until Bishop Reuben Chance was installed as Pastor.  Pastor Rudolph & Prophetess Lottie Chance founded the ministry back in 1952, which was formerly called Fishers of Men Campaigners, Inc. The Lord Jesus commissioned this ministry to feed, clothe, house, and educate God's people. Since its inception, Fishers of Men has been a beacon of hope to the inner-city residence surrounding it ({bible}John 12:32{/bible}), even other nations. Prophetess Chance has traveled to places like Trinidad and Tobago, Nigeria, India, Uganda, England and throughout the East Coast of the United States. She has held revivals, conferences, and crusades which lead to many deliverances and miracles--healings from HIV, families restored after years of separation, deaf ears opened, and crooked backs straightened, to name a few ({bible}Mark 16:17-18{/bible}). In March of 2004 she ministered to 39 pastors in South India. Prophetess Chance is continuing to evangelize the world through the gift of prophecy and with the fruit and gifts of the spirit operating in her life. {/slide}
